League  Philosophy

Quality coaches help girls take their game to the next level! Current D1 players and alumni and local high school coaches/players work with youth athletes teaching a fast-track curriculum in a fun, character-building environment. Each week begins with the opportunity for youth and middle school players to watch their older sisters competing in the high school league games. After watching there is a 1-hour skill intensive clinic followed by a weekly game.
